1. Copyright

1.1. The works covered by this License (“Works”) are protected by copyright.

1.2. Except as expressly permitted in this License, all rights are reserved by the applicable rights holder of the Works (“Rights Holder”).

1.3. This License does not transfer ownership of any Work.

2. License Grant

2.1. The Rights Holder grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to:

• use the Works for personal and non-commercial purposes;
• use the Works for commercial purposes only under the conditions set out in Section 3.

2.2. No additional rights are granted beyond those expressly stated in this License.

3. Commercial Use & Attribution (Credit)

3.1. Commercial use of any Work is permitted only if clear and visible credit is given to the Rights Holder.

3.2. The credit must include at least:

• the name of the Rights Holder (or their chosen nickname), and
• where reasonably possible, the name of the Work or project.

3.3. Acceptable forms of credit include (non-exhaustive):

• In documentation / descriptions / project pages: “Using [Work Name] by [Rights Holder]”.
• In-game / in-app credits, launcher, or website footer: “[Work Name] created by [Rights Holder]”.

3.4. If it is not technically or practically possible to display credit directly inside the product, credit must be placed in reasonably associated materials, such as the store page, launcher, README, documentation, credits screen, or other public description of the product.

4. Restrictions

Without prior written permission from the Rights Holder, the Licensee may not:

• 4.1. Claim authorship of any Work.
• 4.2. Remove, hide, alter, or falsify credits or copyright notices.
• 4.3. Redistribute or sell any Work as a standalone product in substantially unmodified form where the primary value is the Work itself.
• 4.4. Sub-license the Work independently of a larger project; sub-licensing is only allowed as part of distributing a combined project that complies with this License and does not misrepresent ownership.

5. Modifications

5.1. The Licensee may modify the Works for use in their own projects, including commercial projects, provided that:

• Section 3 (Attribution) is fully respected; and
• the Licensee does not claim original authorship over unmodified or trivially modified parts of the Works.

5.2. Significant modifications do not remove the obligation to credit the Rights Holder for the original Work.

6. Termination

6.1. Any violation of this License automatically terminates the rights granted to the Licensee.

6.2. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use and distribution of the Works, including commercial products using them, unless explicit written permission is granted again by the Rights Holder.

7. Warranty & Liability

7.1. All Works are provided “as is”, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.

7.2. The Rights Holder is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of the Works.
